What you need

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 1 large tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • 1 ripe Conference pear (or tinned pear)
  • 3 walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
  • A sprinkle of goji berries
  • A squeeze of honey

What to do

  • Place two Weetabix in a bowl alongside the pear slices.
  • Cover in yogurt and sprinkle with goji berries, pumpkin seeds and the chopped walnuts.
  • Finally, drizzle some honey to taste. Enjoy!
