Valentine’s-Day-a-bix

What you need

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 150g frozen mixed berries
  • 240ml soya milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon of maple or agave syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A handful of strawberries and blueberries for garnish

What to do

  • Place your peanut butter in an ice cube tray and freeze it for two hours.
  • Blend the frozen peanut butter with 30ml of milk until creamy, then add the frozen berries, the rest of the milk, maple syrup, ginger and cinnamon, and blend until smooth.
  • Put your smoothie in a bowl and cut both your Weetabix in half diagonally. Turn one end around to make a heart shape in the bowl.
  • Slice fresh strawberries into thick slices and cut them into heart shapes, adding blueberries into the shape of an arrow going through the Weetabix heart. Love it!
