What you need

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 mango
  • A pinch of vanilla sugar (or regular sugar)
  • A small handful of chopped pistachios
  • 1 large tablespoon of plain yogurt
  • A handful of chopped coconut
  • A squeeze of honey
  • A sprig of fresh mint (chopped)

What to do

  • Cut the pear in half, drizzle with honey and place in the oven for 20 mins at 180c.
  • As it bakes put two Weetabix in a bowl, chop the pistachios and stir the sugar into the yogurt.
  • When the pears are baked, place them in the dish next to the Weetabix and add the pistachios, yogurt and mango.
  • Dress with mint and chopped coconut to enjoy!
