What you need

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 1 banana
  • 1 satsuma
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 large tablespoon of natural yogurt
  • A sprinkle of goji berries
  • A small handful of chopped pistachios
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

What to do

  • Carefully chop your banana in half and coat the halves with a sprinkle of sugar.
  • Fry the banana halves on a moderate heat until they’re caramelised.
  • Place your caramelised bananas onto the plate with your two Weetabix, and then cover with a generous dollop of natural yogurt.
  • Finally, add your satsuma segments, goji berries, chopped pistachios and a drizzle of honey.
