What you need

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 125ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 125g low fat yogurt
  • 1 tsp strawberry jam
  • 8 sliced whole strawberries

What to do

  • Add crushed Weetabix to your container and pour over the milk until the mixture is damp
  • Mix this well and spread it evenly over the bottom of the container
  • Spoon over the low-fat yogurt and spread evenly
  • Add one dollop of strawberry jam on top and spread across the yogurt
  • Top with sliced strawberries before putting in the fridge overnight and your patience will be rewarded!
