Top Form Bowl

Have a berry good start to the day with this super simple recipe. This delicious bowl is high in fibre (17% of your daily fibre intake!) and is a good source of protein and calcium to help support muscle recovery and maintain normal bones.

What you need

  • 2 Weetabix Original
  • 2 heaped tablespoons of Greek yogurt
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries

What to do

  • Place your Weetabix into a bowl and top with Greek yogurt.
  • Scatter the blueberries on top of the yogurt.
  • And that’s it. Your top form bowl is served!
