What you need

  • 2 Weetabix
  • 150ml soya milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 2 handfuls of frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 small handful of mixed nuts (of your choice)

What to do

  • Add soya milk to a bowl of Weetabix and warm it up in the microwave for 1 - 2 mins on full power.
  • Then add two handfuls of frozen berries, one chopped banana, your chia seeds and a handful of nuts.
